BACKGROUND

Matt Shahroudi is an associate attorney at Eddins · Domine Law Group, licensed to practice law in the state of Kentucky. He joined the Firm as an associate in 2025, and his practice primarily focuses on business litigation and transactions.

Prior to joining Eddins – Domine Law Group, Matt worked for the Jefferson County Attorney’s Office for several years as an assistant county attorney gaining valuable knowledge and experience in litigation and the courtroom.

Matt earned his Bachelor of Arts in 2016 from Miami University in Oxford, Ohio where he studied Urban & Regional Planning and Sustainability. He also earned his Juris Doctor from the University of Louisville Brandeis School of Law in 2022, graduating Magna Cum Laude. During his time at the Brandeis School of Law, Matt served as the Executive Editor for the Journal of Animal and Environmental Law. In addition, Matt participated in the Entrepreneurial Law Clinic providing legal counsel to UofL MBA students.

Matt is a Louisville native and attended Christian Academy of Louisville. In his free time, Matt enjoys spending time with his wife and friends exploring the Louisville food scene as well as cheering on the Louisville Cardinals!
